1. Extension installed and enabled for Facebook
This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.
2. Introduction
Access your Facebook Group

3. Click "Member requests"
Click on "Member Requests" in the Managing Group menu on the right side.

4. Member Request page
On the "Member Requests" page, when using the feature for the first time, you’ll need to add the group to the platform.

5. Click "Add Group to CRM"
Click "Add Group to CRM" to open the Group details window.

6. Group Details
In the Group Details window, fields are auto-filled, but you can add the group to favorites or make it public for others to see.

7. Click "Add Group"
Click "Add Group" to proceed and add the group to your account.

8. Import Group Members Approval options
The import options will now appear, and the approved profiles will be linked to the group added to your account.

9. Enable the Import
Enable the option to import approved members into the CRM as leads. This will display the green "Approve and Add Lead" buttons.

10. Enable Import to Google Sheets
You can enable the option "Import to Google Sheets" to export member data to a spreadsheet. It's useful for email lists or backups and works independently from the CRM import—you can use it without adding members to the platform.

11. Enter your spreadsheet URL
You need to enter your spreadsheet URL to connect the feature and add the data. Make sure the spreadsheet is editable. The URL will be validated before you can proceed, indicated by a green check mark.

12. Add Membership Questions to Custom Fields
By enabling the "Add Membership Questions to Custom Fields" option, questions and answers are imported as custom fields, allowing you to use them in message templates or send via webhooks. When this option is enabled, you'll need to approve members one by one, as the "Approve All and Import" feature will be disabled.

13. Membership Questions Tags
The "Membership Questions Tags" feature lets you automatically add tags when certain keywords are found in the membership questions — for example, tagging leads based on interests like "cinema" or "software".

14. Click "Add Keywords and Tags Set"
When you click the edit option, the Group Details window will open, allowing you to add multiple keywords and tag sets.

15. Add kewyords and tags
You can add several keywords or tags to each set, and create up to ten sets in total.

16. Click "Add Group"
Click "Add Group" to save the changes and apply them to the selected group.

17. Import Settings completed
Your settings are now complete, and you can start approving and importing your groupmembers.

18. Click "Approve & Add Lead..."
Click "Approve & Add Lead" to approve each member individually, or use "Approve All & Import Leads" if the "Membership Questions to Custom Fields" option is not enabled.

19. Select a Pipeline
In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profiles.

20. Select a Pipeline Stage
After selecting the pipeline, choose the stage where you want to import the profiles.

21. Click "Show More Import Options"
Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

22. Click "Start Importing"
Initiate the import process by clicking "Start Importing." The members will be approved and imported automatically.

23. End Results
After importing the profiles, the import results will be displayed. Profiles that already exist on your platform will not be duplicated.

24. Pipeline
The approved member was added to the pipeline.

25. Lead Details
Here you can see that the "software" tag was added because the keyword was found in the membership answers. Membership questions are added to the notes by default. If an email is found in the membership questions, it will be automatically added to the email field.

26. Custom Fields
The membership questions were added separately as custom fields and can be used as variables in message templates or sent to other platforms via webhooks.

27. Google Sheets
The spreadsheet will display the profiles data based on your import settings. If the spreadsheet is blank, the headers will be added automatically. On future imports, new data will be added below the existing entries.

28. Google Sheets
To ensure correct mapping, make sure that when you're editing the membership questions on Facebook, each one starts with "1.", "2.", or "3." This keeps the answers aligned, even if someone skips a question.

This guide covers how to approve Facebook group members and add their data to the platform or spreadsheets.
