1. Extension installed and enabled for X

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Click "Import profile..."

Click "Import Profile" to open the import settings window and start the import process.

3. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profile.

4. Select a Pipeline Stage

After selecting the pipeline, choose the stage where you want to import the profile.

5. Click "Show More Import Options"

Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

6. Click "Start Importing"

Confirm your selections and start the import by clicking the 'Start Importing' button.

7. End Results

After importing the profile, the import results will be displayed. If the profile that already exists on your platform will not be duplicated.

8. Profile Lead Card

For imported profiles, a card will be displayed showing the relevant imported lead details.
