Learn how to efficiently use the LinkedIn Auto-Reply feature in any post with these detailed instructions.

1. Extension installed and enabled for LinkedIn

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Click "Auto-Reply to Comments"

When viewing a post detail with commenting profiles, the "Auto-Reply to Comments" button will appear. Click it to configure the auto-reply settings.

3. Auto-Reply Settings

In the Auto-Reply settings window, you can configure the reply text, set trigger keywords, and more. Let's take a walkthrough of all the features and options.

4. Reply to post comments

You can create up to five different reply variations, which will be randomly used when responding to comments.

5. Send Connectin Request

Enable this option to automatically send connection requests to the profiles you reply to.

6. Automation Settings

Then, set the number of replies to send during this run, along with the time interval in seconds between each reply. These settings help you stay within the limits of the social platform, so be sure to use them carefully.

7. Keywords

"In these fields, you can enter specific keywords to reply only to comments that contain them.You can also add negative keywords to avoid replying to comments that include those terms.

8. Other Options

Here, you’ll find several options to help fine-tune which comments you reply to: – Reply only to first-level comments; – Skip comments that already have your reply — ideal when running the feature on the same post more than once; – Skip comments that already have replies from other users; – And finally, choose to automatically like the comment you're replying to.

9. Import Options

You can also enable the option to import the profiles you're replying to — a helpful way to track interactions and build a sales flow. Once enabled, you can choose the pipeline and stage where you'd like to add those profiles as leads. Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

10. Click "Start Auto-Replying"

Start the auto-reply process by clicking ‘Start Auto-Replying.’

11. Auto-Replying Process

The automation will begin to reply to the commenting profiles one by one as defined in the feature settings.

12. Import Process

After replying to all the specified comments, the profiles you replied to will be imported—if you’ve enabled that option. This process may take a few minutes, depending on your import settings and the number of profiles.

13. End Results

The automation will finish by displaying the results. If you enabled profile import, any profiles that already exist in your platform won’t be duplicated.
