Need to import leads from a Google Sheet or CSV file into FlowChat? Here’s exactly how to do it 👇

✅ Click the Export dropdown and select Import Leads from Sheets
✅ Step 1 – Select your lead source:

• Upload from a CSV file, or
• Copy and paste the leads directly from your spreadsheet

💡 To upload a CSV:

• In your Google Sheet, click File → Download → Comma Separated Values (.csv)
• Once downloaded, go back to FlowChat and select Upload CSV File
• Click Choose File → Open to upload your CSV

💡 To copy and paste:

• Copy the data from your sheet
• Select Copy and Paste Leads in FlowChat
• Paste the data into the box

✅ Check the box if your first row contains headers
✅ Step 2 – Choose what happens to imported leads:

• Add a note, tag, or deal amount
• Add them directly to a pipeline stage (for example, “Qualified Prospect”)
• Optionally, set a card color

✅ Step 3 – Map your fields:

• Column 1 → First Name
• Column 2 → Last Name
• Column 3 → Facebook Profile Link
• Column 4 → Phone Number
• Column 5 → Email

✅ Once everything is mapped, click Import Leads — and you’re done! 🎯

Your spreadsheet contacts are now added to your FlowChat pipeline and ready for follow-up.
