1. Extension installed and enabled for Facebook

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Click "Pages"

To see the list of Facebook page that are accessible for import, open the Facebook Pages.

3. Select a Page

In order to import pages, click your desired page.

4. Click "Import profile..."

click Import Profiles

5. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profile.

6. Click "Select a Pipeline Stage"

Select the pipeline stage where the imported profiles will be categorized.

7. Click "Imported Prospects"

Choose 'Imported Prospects' as the pipeline stage to categorize the new profiles appropriately.

8. Click "Show More Import Options"

After selecting the pipeline, choose the stage where you want to import the profile

9. Click "Start Importing"

Initiate the import process by clicking "Start Importing."

10. Import Progress

Please wait while the profiles are being imported. This may take several minutes, depending on the import settings and the number of profiles.

11. End Results

After importing the profiles, the import results will be displayed. Profiles that already exist on your platform will not be duplicated.
