Define Your Product Settings

Within the White Label Settings, you have the ability to personalize your brand by setting your white label product name, sub-domain and defining your contact email, all of which will be visible to your clients. Step 1 Display your own Product Name. To make your brand stand out, you can replace FlowChat's name with your own product name. Just enable the option and type in your name (try to keep it under 15 characters if possible).

Step 2 Custom Sub-domain. You can also use your own custom sub-domain instead of the flowchat.com domain. Type in your sub-domain and then update your DNS by adding a CNAME record pointing to www.flowchat.com. Once that's done, let us know so we can enable your sub-domain on our end. For more details, check out the next lesson.

Step 3 Custom Support Email. If you want clients to be able to contact you directly, enter your custom support email in this field. Otherwise, your account email will be used.

Step 4 Custom Failed Payment Email. Similarly, you can set a custom failed payment email to receive notifications from the payment platform about any failed renewals. If you don't want to use a custom email, your account email will be used instead.

Step 5 Custom Privacy Policy Link. If you have a custom Privacy Policy enter the link in this field. If the field is left blank, our default text for Privacy Policy will be displayed.

Step 6 Custom Terms & Conditions Link. If you have a custom Terms & Conditions enter the link in this field. If the field is left blank, our default text for Terms & Conditions will be displayed.

Step 7 GoHighLevel Product Name and Link. If you have White Label of GoHighLevel, put in here the product name and its link so it will show this name instead of GoHighLevel on our 3rd Party Integrations page.

Step 8 Update your changes. Remember to always save your changes!
