In the Support Box Settings, you can enable a support box that you can use to display some helpful information to your members, or even create a list of upcoming events that they might be interested in.
Step 1
Enable Support Box. To get started, you'll need to enable the support box. If you change your mind later, you can always disable it.

Support Box Editor. . Once you've enabled it, you can start customizing it using the Support Box Editor. This will give you a preview of what the support box will look like, and you can make changes to the various information areas by hovering over them.

Support Box main text. One of the most important areas to customize is the Support Box Main Text. Here, you can create a personalized message for your members using rich text, which means you can add links, format the text, or even throw in a few emojis if you like.

Support Box Image. If you really want to make your support box stand out, you can even add an image! Just make sure it's a square image with dimensions of 250 x 250 pixels.

Name and Job Title. And don't forget to add your name and job title in the designated fields. This helps give your members an idea of who they're talking to.

Brand Logo. After that, you can add a logo to the support box! It's best to use a PNG format with a transparent background, and the most convenient dimensions are 200 x 50 pixels.

List items. Last but not least, you can add a list of events to the support box.

Event Details. For each event, you can include a title, subtitle, frequency, start date and time, availability, and button text and URL if you want to provide a link (like a zoom call for example).

Support Box Color. To really make it your own, you can select the Support Box Color and choose a background gradient that matches your branding.

Update your changes. Once you're happy with your changes, be sure to update them before leaving the settings page. And if you ever want to revert back to the default colors, you can always reset them.
