1. Extension installed and enabled for Instagram

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Click "Search"

Click the 'Search' button to find a hashtag you want to import profiles from.

3. Search for hashtag

Enter the hashtag you want to search for, or click a hashtag in any post to list all posts that contain it.

4. Enter number of profiles

Enter how many profiles to import from authors of posts with the selected hashtag.

5. Click "Start Importing"

Click 'Start Importing' to begin collecting the profiles to be imported.

6. Collecting Profiles

The automation will open posts with the selected hashtag and collect author data.

7. Click "Stop and Import"

Click 'Stop and Import' to open the Import settings window, or wait until the defined number of profiles is collected.

8. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profiles.

9. Click "Select a Pipeline Stage"

After selecting the pipeline, choose the stage where you want to import the profiles.

10. Click "Show More Import Options"

Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

11. Click "Start Importing"

Initiate the import process by clicking "Start Importing." and wait while the profiles are being imported.

12. End Results

After importing the profiles, the import results will be displayed. Profiles that already exist on your platform will not be duplicated.
