1. Extension installed and enabled for X
This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. X Messages page
On the X Messages page, when you select a conversation with an imported lead, all the details will appear in an overlay lead card.

3. Lead Card
On the lead card, you can view and edit all relevant information about the lead, including priority, status, follow-up date, notes, and more.

4. Lead Details
By clicking on the lead’s name or the edit icon at the top of the lead card, you can open the lead details. In the lead details window, you’ll find all the information you've imported or added, organized into sections: Basic Information, Contact Info, Links, Company, Other, Custom Fields, and Notes.

5. Message Templates
You can use the lead card to quickly access message templates assigned to the current lead stage, paste them into the chat editor, or paste and send the message automatically.

6. AI Response Assistant
You can also use the AI Response Assistant to generate replies based on the most recent chat messages, using a predefined prompt set in your account settings. Additionally, you can enable the option to automatically generate an AI response whenever the last message is from your lead.

7. AI Response Created
Once the message is created, you can paste and send it in the chat editor, or make any adjustments before sending.

8. Update lead's stage
After sending the message, you may want to update the lead’s stage to the next step in your flow. You can do this directly on the lead card, using the pipeline stage dropdown.
