1. Extension installed and enabled for Facebook

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Click "Groups"

To see the list of Facebook groups members that are accessible for import, open the Facebook Groups.

3. Click "group members"

Access the member list by clicking group members.

4. Click "Start Auto-Scroll"

You can manually scroll to collect the listed profiles or use the Auto-Scroll feature. The number of profiles available for import will increase as you scroll through the list.

5. Click "Open list of Members with Things in Common"

Open the list that shows members with shared interests or connections.

6. Click "Import profiles..."

Initiate the import by selecting the option to import profiles from the group.

7. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profile.

8. Click "Group"

Confirm the selected group category to ensure accurate data grouping.

9. Select a Pipeline

Reopen the selection menu to finalize your import preferences.

10. Select a Pipeline Stage

Choose the pipeline stage where imported leads will be placed for follow-up.

11. Click "Show More Import Options"

Expand additional import options to customize your data import settings.

12. Click "Start Importing"

Start the import process to transfer selected profiles into your system.

13. Import Progress

Confirm that the group details are correctly displayed post-import.

14. End Results

Ensure all intended profiles from the Facebook group are imported.
