1. Extension installed and enabled for TikTok

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Introduction

Access the Messages page by clicking Messages in the TikTok side menu.

3. Click "Start Importing..."

On the Messages page, will be displayed, and click "Start Importing..."

4. Collecting Profile

It will automatically collect all the profiles until you click "Stop and Import Leads..." Then, the import settings window will open.

5. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profile.

6. Select a Pipeline Stage

After selecting the pipeline, choose the stage where you want to import the profile.

7. Click "Show More Import Options"

Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

8. Click "Start Importing"

Initiate the import process by clicking "Start Importing."

9. Import Progress

Please wait while the profiles are being imported. This may take several minutes, depending on the import settings and the number of profiles.

10. End Results

After importing the profiles, the import results will be displayed. Profiles that already exist on your platform will not be duplicated.
