After completing all previous steps, you should be able to use your own branded platform with your own domain. In fact, you should log out from FlowChat and log on exclusively to your own platform.

Step 1

Log out from FlowChat. You will need to log out from the FlowChat platform so you can use it exclusively on your domain. Go to the top right menu by clicking on your username, and in the dropdown menu, click "Sign Out."

Step 2

Access your domain and Sign in. Type your domain in your browser, which you configured for your branded platform, and enter your login details, the same ones you use to sign in to FlowChat. Now you can use your branded platform the same way you use FlowChat, but with your own brand!

Step 3

Uninstall FlowChat Extension. If you have installed it, you need to remove the FlowChat Extension because you can't have it running with your own branded extension. Go to the Chrome Web Store and click to remove the FlowChat Extension.

Step 4

Install your own Extension. Go to the top menu "Import/Export" on your branded platform, and in the dropdown, click "Install Browser Extension." Your extension should open in the Chrome Web Store, and you should install it.

Important! Don't forget to remove the FlowChat extension before installing your branded extension!
