1. Extension installed and enabled for YouTube

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Open a YouTube Short Video

Open a YouTube Short video from which you want to import commenting profiles.

3. Click "Comments"

Click "Comments" to open the comments list, and display the import button.

4. Click "Import Commenting Profiles"

Click "Import Commenting Profiles" to open the Import Options and start importing user comments as prospect profiles.

5. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profiles.

6. Select Pipeline Stage

Select the pipeline stage where you wish to import the profiles.

7. Click Show More Import Options

Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

8. Start Importing Comments

Initiate the import process by clicking "Start Importing."

9. Collecting Leads

The automation will begin collecting profiles and will open additional windows to enrich the information gathered.

10. Click "Stop and Import Leads"

Click ‘Stop and Import Leads’ when you reach the number of leads you want to import, or wait until all leads have been collected.

11. Import Process

Please wait while the profiles are being imported. This may take several minutes, depending on the import settings and the number of profiles.

12. End Results

After importing the profile, the import results will be displayed. Profiles that already exist on your platform will not be duplicated.
