Step 1

Custom Sub-Domain. Create a custom sub-domain. Just type in the name you want to use for your sub-domain in the White Label Settings. For example, you can use "app.yourdomain.com".

Step 2

Update Your changes. Once you've entered your sub-domain, don't forget to save your changes by clicking the update button at the bottom right.

Step 3

Access your domain's DNS Manager. Now you need to access your domain control panel, where you can manage the DNS records for your domain. You can do this through your domain registrar account or on your server control panel, depending on how you have your domain configured.

Step 4

Add a CNAME record. In your domain's DNS Manager, add a CNAME record to your chosen sub-domain and point it to www.flowchat.com.

Contact us. After you've updated your sub-domain, please let us know through Slack or our support email [email protected] so we can update it on our end. We'll let you know once your sub-domain is ready to use. And that's it!
