YouTube Subscribers Import
This guide offers a step-by-step walkthrough for importing subscribers of your YouTube channel.

1. Extension installed and enabled for YouTube

This feature requires our extension to be installed and enabled, and your platform login to be active. Make sure the feature is turned on in the extension settings for this social platform.

2. Access your YouTube Studio

Access your YouTube Studio and in the Recent Subscribers information click "See All"

3. Subscribers List

The full list of subscribers will be displayed, along with the import box.

4. Enter the number of profiles

In the Import Box, enter the number of profiles you want to import, or leave it empty to process the full list.

5. Click "Start Importing..."

Click "Start Importing..." to open the Import Settings.

6. Select a Pipeline

In the Import Settings, select the pipeline where you wish to import the profile.

7. Select a Pipeline Stage

After selecting the pipeline, choose the stage where you want to import the profile.

8. Click "Show More Import Options"

Click "Show More Import Options" to access additional settings such as adding notes, tags, follow-up date, amount, color, and more.

9. Click "Start Importing"

Initiate the import process by clicking "Start Importing."

10. Collecting Profiles

The process starts with an automation that opens each subscriber’s profile one by one to collect their profile data, like email, social platforms, total subscribers, and more.

11. Click Stop and Import

Let the automation run, or click "Stop and Import" to import collected subscribers. Use "Cancel and Discard" to abort the process.

12. Import Progress

Please wait while the profiles are being imported. This may take several minutes, depending on the import settings and the number of profiles.

13. End Results

After importing the profiles, the import results will be displayed. Profiles that already exist on your platform will not be duplicated.
