1. Access Lead Details

Click to open the lead's detailed view where you can manage and review their information.

2. Show Activity Timeline

In the lead details window, click “Show Activity Timeline” to switch from Notes to the Activity Timeline, where all operations performed on this lead are logged.

3. Review Specific Activity

You can now view the full activity timeline for each lead, including all automation actions, making it easy to track a lead’s complete history.
